What this rule checks
Explanation
Within the Seller postal address (BG-5), a Seller country code (BT-40) is required — a two-letter ISO 3166-1 country code. This is the one field inside the address block that this rule specifically checks; the rest of the address (street, city, etc.) is covered by other rules or is optional.
How to fix it
Populate the country code inside the seller's address block (UBL: cbc:IdentificationCode under PostalAddress/Country; CII: ram:CountryID under PostalTradeAddress) with a two-letter ISO 3166-1 code, e.g. FR.
