Your files

Files are processed transiently, in memory, on servers located in Paris (EU), for validation purposes only — then immediately forgotten. They are never written to disk, never stored, never logged, and never retained after the report is generated — neither their content nor their filename. Once the report is returned to your browser, no copy exists.

In practice: your browser sends the file directly to the validation server (hosted by Fly.io, Paris region). The server analyses it in RAM, produces the compliance report, returns it, and keeps nothing.

Analytics

We count visits anonymously and without cookies (Cloudflare Web Analytics): no cookies, no browser fingerprinting, no personal data, no cross-site tracking. Nothing you upload — content or filename — ever enters the analytics path.

Usage statistics

We keep aggregate, anonymous usage statistics — volumes, file formats, validation outcomes, failing rules and service performance — in hourly buckets. They contain no personal data, no file content, and cannot be traced back to any individual validation.

What we don't do

No user accounts (today), no database of your invoices, no data resale, no advertising, no transmission of your invoices to anyone. FactureJuste is not a registered platform (Plateforme Agréée) and does not transmit invoices — you submit them yourself via the platform of your choice.

Beyond the technical logs and the analytics described above, no personal data is collected.

Technical logs

Server logs record technical information only (method, path, status code, timestamp) for security and rate-limiting purposes. They contain neither the content nor the names of your files.
